When you buy a lease for $10 you receive the clean MP3, and permission to use that beat in your own recorded music.
WAV masters are not currently available. They are being prepared. If you need one for a beat you have already licensed, ask and it will be sent to you at no extra cost when ready.
You may record and release songs using the beat, distribute them on streaming platforms, perform them live, and monetise videos that use them.
You may not resell or redistribute the beat itself, register it with a content-ID system as your own, or claim to have produced it.
This licence is not exclusive. The same beat is sold to other people on the same terms, and may continue to be. If you want a beat that will not be sold to anybody else, buy the exclusive.
The producer retains ownership of the underlying composition and master recording.
