A refund does not automatically revoke your download access. If a refund is issued, the files you already downloaded remain yours to keep unless we tell you otherwise. We reserve the right to revoke access where a refund is being abused.
Automatic refunds. If two people buy the same exclusive at the same moment, the second payment is refunded in full automatically and no files are delivered. This is rare and you do not need to do anything.
